Our Olive Oil is fresh,
green and peppery.
Our oil is harvested and pressed on the same day from our boutique olive grove in Maraekakaho, Hawkes Bay. The pressing and bottling is done by Village Press, Hastings.
The Olive varieties used in our oil are Barnea, Picholine, Picual, Frantoio and Verdale. The blend has yielded a lovely tasty oil that tastes great on salads, is excellent for dipping and will enhance the flavours of pasta dishes and risottos.
