This is a fresh, green, peppery oil, harvested and pressed on the same day in May 2021 from our boutique olive grove in Maraekakaho, Hawkes Bay. The pressing and bottling were done by Village Press, Hastings.

The olive varieties were Barnea, Picholine, Picual, Frantoio and Verdale.

The blend has yielded a lovely, tasty oil that will be great on salads, excellent for dipping and will enhance pasta dishes and risottos equally well.
